Our menu is divided into four parts:
Street Food is the most classic example of Fast and Casual dishes; traditional flavors consumed in a casual and informal way.
Our STREET FOOD consists of dishes with typical Italian flavors designed to complement or be part of the meal in order to make a traditional dish a new experience. In every street food option we try to bring an experience to life through unconventional means of using flavors that we as Italians are bound to.
Tradition is the (true) revolution. We are convinced that the recipes of our grandmothers represent the deepest base of Italian culture, and that the true revolution lies in the courage to seek and preserve those dishes that remain in our memories.
The TRADITION menu contains six traditional Italian dishes; three first courses and three second courses with genuine flavors. Each dish has a prominent ingredient designed to enhance the taste of tradition or to diminish the final flavor, all with the addition of a small creative twist.
BOWLs are real bowls, inspired by Mexican-American fast food restaurants. Each customer can invent their own bowl by choosing among a series of ingredients for a quick, tasty, complete, carefully cooked, and always different meal.
Each bowl consist of a base of rice, pasta or grains, a traditional Italian sauce (made from a meat, fish or vegetable base), a salad, a sauce, a crunchy topping and a little extra something to complete the dish. Bowls represent all that a Fast And Casual dish must be.
Our desserts are a combination of traditional homemade recipes and sweet treats from local producers that bring us their delicious products every day. Even the dessert must be Fast And Casual and must represent our tradition. "To tempt" is the duty of every dessert card, we do it with tradition and quality.
