The FAC team is composed of a young and fresh group of individuals.; people who want to get involved in a new project that promotes the tradition of their country. They represent this excellence in an informal environment, where the sign of belonging is a simple checkered shirt.
In the kitchen, Barbara Corrado has the task of leading the cooking staff in the creation of each dish. In the months leading up to the opening of FAC, she worked side by side with the team at Essenziale to try / create / standardize the recipes you will find at FAC.
The service staff is lead by Giuseppe Pecchioli and Sabrina Somigli. Together, they welcome the customers, manage the wine service, and ensure that everything runs smoothly and quickly.
Giuseppe and Sabrina have built a young and dynamic team whose task is to be ambassadors of the Fast And Casual concept that translates into courtesy, speed and informality.
Behind FAC is the team of Essenziale:
Simone Cipriani with Alessio Ninci, Lorenzo Chirimischi and Francesco Pio Russo. At Essenziale, together with Barbara, the team studies the recipes and the ingredients. Each dish is tried and optimized to ensure a consistently high quality standard. The Design was curated by the Essenziale team together with Moreno Vannini, former designer of Essenziale.
At every quality restaurant, the care and research of raw materials is the basis on which the customer experience is based. Our partnership with Eataly has guaranteed immediate access to raw materials of very high quality, and control of the supply chain.
